The Smallholder tier is the anchor of our next Sussex estate, a hundred households co-owning the land, guiding its growth, and holding a permanent stake in everything the estate becomes. Only 100 places will ever exist.
This deposit is not a fee. It holds your Smallholder place while Cohort Two prepares to open, and it credits in full toward your Signal Prepayment when you complete. It is simply how you keep your seat at the table.

- Free vegetables and eggs for life, from the estate and the wider network

Zero-loss entry. Your £500 holds your place with no further commitment. If you decide not to proceed when Cohort Two opens, it converts in full to Farm Tokens you can spend on food and activities at My Little Farm.
