We mark the eight festivals of the farming year, the solstices, the equinoxes, and the cross-quarter days our grandparents knew. Each one is a chance to gather on the land, share a table, and feel what we're building.
our first gathering at Peppers
Samhain, as the veil runs thin.
The night the veil runs thinnest, when the ancestors feel close. We gather at our newest farm to feast on the wild harvest, share stories around the fire, and welcome the turn into winter together. This is our very first celebration on the land at Peppers, and all are welcome.

what membership opens up
One membership, the whole of the farm.
Membership isn't a ticket to a single event. It opens the farm to you all year, a place to work, unwind, learn, lend a hand and gather your own food, whenever you like.

Seven days a week, the gardens, orchard, meadow and lake are yours to wander.
The wood-fired sauna
Thaw the week in the wood-fired sauna, looking out across the land.
Co-working spaces
A cabin with a desk, a kettle and quiet, to work from among the fields.
Smallholder workshops
Learn the old crafts and growing skills, hands-on with the farm team.
Wellbeing sessions
Yoga, breathwork and slow mornings on the land, for body and mind.
Lend a hand
Roll up your sleeves alongside the growers, as much or as little as you like.
Harvest your own
Pick fruit and vegetables straight from the beds, at their freshest.
