an invitation from Hannah

A two-hour journey, guided by the breath.

Join Hannah Nedas for a two-hour Conscious Connected Breathwork journey.

Guided by the breath, we will explore our inner landscape, creating space to reconnect, restore balance, and gently uncover what is ready to emerge.

This is an invitation to slow down, listen deeply, and reconnect within and to the living world we inhabit.

Β£20 per person Β· Concessions available Β· No previous experience necessary. All are welcome.

about the practice

A continuous, circular practice.

Conscious Connected Breathwork is a continuous, circular practice β€” no pause between inhale and exhale, sustained over time. The breath itself becomes the guide. Body intelligence takes the lead, and the mind is invited to step quietly aside.

Held in community, the practice opens differently than it does alone β€” supported by the steady presence of others moving through the same rhythm.

what to expect

Please wear loose, comfortable clothing. Bring a yoga mat, blanket, or cushion to lie on, and a water bottle.

your teacher

Guided by Hannah Nedas.

Hannah Nedas holds the space for this two-hour journey, guiding the group through Conscious Connected Breathwork. Hannah trusts the breath as the teacher β€” leaving room for whatever rises and falls in the practice, with care and quiet attention to what each person needs.
