A gentle, hands-on family day with Isidi & Marie — forage the land for materials, create and paint with plants, make your own potions, and dip in and out of the wood-fired sauna between it all.

A day of making, together.
This is a family day at its most unhurried — a chance to slow down, get your hands busy, and make something from what the land offers. Isidi and Marie will guide you through, from foraging to creating to quiet time in the sauna.
Forage across the farm for natural materials, then create and paint with plants and have a go at potion making — simple, joyful making that children and adults can do side by side.
Throughout the day, dip in and out of the wood-fired sauna. It's kept at a family-friendly temperature, no higher than 65°C, so everyone can enjoy it. Your place includes a scrub, a face mask, and leaf whisks to use in the sauna.

getting here
Finding your way to the farm.
By car: arrive via Streat Lane — the entrance is signposted. Park in one of the grassy bays on the right-hand side.
By train: a 30-minute rural walk from Plumpton Station.
Please note that the ground is uneven. Sturdy footwear is strongly advised.

Is this suitable for children?
Very much so — this is designed as a family day. Children forage, create and enjoy the sauna alongside an adult, and there's plenty for grown-ups too.
What should we wear and bring?
Clothes you don't mind getting messy, layers for the weather, and sturdy footwear for uneven ground. Bring swimwear and a towel for the sauna.
How hot is the sauna?
It's kept at a family-friendly temperature, no higher than 65°C, so it's comfortable for all ages. Dip in and out as you like through the day.
What's included in the price?
Your place includes the foraging, creativity and potion making with Isidi & Marie, use of the sauna, and a scrub, a face mask and leaf whisks for the sauna.
Can I get a refund if I can't make it?
Refundable up to 5 days before the event. After that, get in touch and we'll do our best to move you to a future date.
