Our first 250 Founding Members are the Pioneers of this movement. Your ownership is already anchored in our first 15-acre 'Secret Garden'. The following upgrades will trigger automatically once we reach our 1,000 founding member target.
As a Pioneer, your ownership is Fully Anchored in the first land. These preferential rates and stake triples are our permanent recognition of your founding support.
Asset Liquidity & Alignment
Pioneer Founding Status is the "Gold Standard" of our community. Because these 250 spaces are finite and carry legacy rights that will never be offered again, this exchange serves as the official bridge between those passing the torch and those ready to carry it.
If your life's path has moved away from the village vision, you may list your space for transfer. This allows you to exit with your capital intact while ensuring your unique Pioneer rights are preserved for a successor who is 100% aligned with the mission.
Pioneer spaces are no longer available for direct purchase. To secure original rights, including Sovereign Village access in addtion to our original 15-acre "Secret Garden" privileges, you must register for a private transfer from an existing founding member.
Note: My Little Farm acts as the facilitator for all transfers. Successors must be vetted against the Village Charter to maintain the social and ecological integrity of the 1,000-acre blueprint.

We begin by gathering the collective strength of 1,000 Founding Members. This is the "Signal" required to move with sovereign certainty. Your 10% prepayment is the anchor that proves the demand for a new model of living exists, providing the capital weight to strike the moment the right land estate appears.
With the signal secured, we anchor the vision in the soil. Our objective is the acquisition of a 250+ acre estate equipped with established residential housing and substantial farming infrastructure. This phase moves us from theory to reality, providing the physical base for our core stewards and primary food production.
The vision scales to its full expression. We leverage our foundation to expand into the full 1,000-acre regenerative sanctuary. This phase layers in the broader Village footprint, the decentralized Smallholder enterprises, and the expanded member sanctuaries, transitioning the estate into a permanent, multi-generational community asset.
