Pioneer Founding Status is the "Gold Standard" of our community. Because these 250 spaces are finite and carry legacy rights that will never be offered again, this exchange serves as the official bridge between those passing the torch and those ready to carry it.
Relinquish Custodianship
If your life's path has moved away from the village vision, you may list your space for transfer. This allows you to exit with your capital intact while ensuring your unique Pioneer rights are preserved for a successor who is 100% aligned with the mission.
Acquire Pioneer Status
Pioneer spaces are no longer available for direct purchase. To secure original rights, including Sovereign Village access in addtion to our original 15-acre "Secret Garden" privileges, you must register for a private transfer from an existing founding member.
Note: My Little Farm acts as the facilitator for all transfers. Successors must be vetted against the Village Charter to maintain the social and ecological integrity of the 1,000-acre blueprint.
