This is your return to a life of peace, belonging and shared abundance. It won't happen all at once. It begins, this year, with a 100-acre estate and the first 100 Founding Members.
We call it the ancient future β a way of living that is older than the systems failing us, and further-sighted than the ones we're told to trust.
The vision is a 1,000-acre sanctuary in Sussex, held in protected trust, shared between a thousand households. Working farmland at the heart of it β market gardens, orchards, heritage livestock, forest gardens β feeding the community that tends it. Low-impact homes shaped by hedgerow and woodland, for those who choose to live here. And a wider circle around them: families co-owning the land, receiving its food, walking it when they need to, and passing their stake forward to the generation that comes after.
This is a return, not an invention. To land held in common rather than sold for speculation. To food grown with integrity, in living soil, at the pace the seasons allow. To belonging that doesn't require residency β only the choice to be part of something rooted.
the steward's oath
Secure the source. Heal the spirit. Reclaim the harvest.
Our mission is to build an unshakeable root system β to move from corporate dependence to true food sovereignty, and from extraction to stewardship. By creating a physical anchor for first-generation farmers and founding families alike, we ensure that the source of our life β the soil β is owned by the community it feeds. We aren't just farming. We're remembering how to live.
the next hundred
A thousand acres doesn't happen in a single stroke.
It comes together patiently β estate by estate, household by household, one hundred acres at a time. A permanent inheritance of land, food, and belonging β held in trust, protected from speculation, designed to outlast us. This is the next hundred.
1,000acres of sanctuary
1,000founding households
1,000weekly harvests
The complete blueprint
A self-contained ecosystem providing food, belonging, and community security for a thousand households, in perpetuity.
the path
How a thousand acres comes together
Not in a single stroke. Not in a single season. Estate by estate, and each estate earned by the last.
the proof
15
acres
The Streat Garden
Our first farm, near Lewes in Sussex. Fifteen acres that proved the model β living soil, fed households, a working community. The blueprint for everything that follows.
the next step
100
acres
Our next Sussex estate
A hundred acres, anchored by the first hundred founders. The working heart of the thousand-acre vision. This is what we're building now.
the horizon
1,000
acres
A thousand-acre sanctuary
A thousand households, co-owning the land, receiving its food, and passing their stake forward. Built over the decades ahead, not demanded in one.
Every step earns the next. The Streat Garden earned the right to take on a hundred acres. A hundred acres will earn the right to take on the next hundred. This is how the thousand comes together.
from the creators of My Little Farm
Dear fellow steward,
A few years ago, we set out to answer a single, fundamental question: what would it look like if families could truly own the source of their life?
Not just buy from it β own it.
We began with fifteen acres in Sussex and a small community who believed in a shared truth: that land should be held in trust, for food, for nature, and for the generations who follow us. Together, we proved that the path is not just possible but essential. We restored soil, fed households, built something real.
But the pilot was never the destination. It was always the beginning.
Now we're ready for the next step at scale β securing a thousand acres in Sussex. Not as a distant ambition, but as a strategic necessity. To build what we know is possible, we need land enough to hold it: a thousand-acre ecosystem of forest gardens, regenerative pastures, and member sanctuaries, capable of feeding a hundred households for generations.
We're inviting you to join us β not just as a supporter, but as a co-founder and co-creator of what comes next.
With warmth and determination,
Keivor & Laure
evidence of action
The foundation is already in motion
We aren't asking you to fund a concept. We're asking you to join a project already underway β soil being restored, infrastructure built, a team paid to steward it. This is what's in the ground so far.
Regenerative food systems
We restore soil health to produce nutrient-dense food without synthetic chemicals β prioritising flavour and ecology over industrial efficiency.
momentum so far
150 acres of conservation grazing established
Woodland-raised heritage pork in rotation
Next: expanding field-scale vegetable production
Sovereign infrastructure
Quality food needs a robust backbone. We invest in the tools that make the farm resilient through every season β and independent of the industrial supply chain.
momentum so far
Polytunnels and livestock housing active
Rotational fencing systems established
Next: cold storage and expanded wash-and-pack line
Biodiversity & beauty
We're shaping a patchwork of wildflower meadows, forest gardens, and living hedgerows β places where nature and community flourish together.
momentum so far
5,000+ native trees planted
15 thriving beehives and new ponds
Next: wildlife corridors and forest garden expansion
Team and stewardship
Your contribution pays fair wages to the stewards who hold the land daily β a cross-trained team working the soil, the livestock, and the operations that keep the farm alive.
momentum so far
Core team of 10 paid the Real Living Wage
Cross-trained across livestock and crops
Next: launching a formal apprenticeship programme
Distribution and delivery
We bypass the industrial chain. Farm-fresh produce goes direct from the field to our members' kitchens β nationally, in peak condition, and in packaging that doesn't cost the earth.
momentum so far
National delivery network live
Wool-insulated eco-packaging in use
Next: optimised routes to reduce food miles
Permanent land protection
A legacy is built on structure. We're establishing the legal trusts, asset locks, and stewardship rules that protect the land from speculation β permanently.
momentum so far
15-acre hub secured in trust
Next 205-acre phase in negotiation
Next: legal asset-locks for permanent protection
the first step
The way into this is Stewardship.
The next Estate will be anchored by one thousand Founding Members β a considered commitment to a specific piece of land. But that kind of commitment is best made from the inside, not the outside. So the way in begins here.
a note on how we do this
Every founder in the next cohort will have walked this path. Stewardship is how you learn what My Little Farm feels like in your life β the food, the rhythm, the community, the land. When the moment to become a Founding Member arrives, you'll know β and so will we. Until then, there's no rush, and no pressure.
If the next Estate is already calling you, let's have a conversation.
Some households arrive here knowing exactly what they want. If that's you, we'd rather speak properly than ask you to find it on a website. Join our next discovery call β no pressure, no pitch, just an honest conversation about whether this is your next step.
