for a year you lease your access
In a year you can't visit, pass your access to a vetted Farm Steward and receive Farm Credits in return, to spend at the farm. Your stake and rights stay with you.
And belonging for your whole household, children included β seasonal gatherings, hands-on participation days, and a real voice in shaping the estate.

Six hundred square metres β a deep, sanctuary-sized stake. Notional, not fenced off: a recorded share of the whole working farm. Here's how it holds, in plain English.
A 600mΒ² stake in the trust that owns the freehold β recorded in your name, alongside the other founders. Not a corner you cordon off, but a share of all of it.
The farm stays one farm, worked and shared in full. Your square metres are your portion of the whole hundred acres β the pasture, the woods, the gardens, the lake.
A recognised, recorded asset. It can be left in your will, transferred to family, or held in trust β passing to whomever you name. The stake stays in your bloodline, or wherever you direct it.

We won't ask for the balance until your stake is recorded in your name and the land is held, asset-locked, in the trust. Your place is secured before your money is.
