We'll farm it regeneratively from the first season. Cattle through summer, sheep through winter, the market garden producing weekly food for the network. Soil left more alive than we found it, year on year.

Friday
You drive up and let yourself into the farmhouse — your room for the weekend already made up. The city falls away. The children find the pool, the treehouse, the edge of the lake, while you take a slow coffee on the terrace and feel your shoulders drop.

Lunch at the long table — whatever was picked at dawn, cooked in the farmhouse kitchen, shared with the other founding families up at the house that day.

The estate is held. The agreement is in place. The work now is to bring the founding hundred together, take possession of the land, and complete the acquisition into clean freehold. Three phases. Transparent about the timeline. Honest about the pace.
The estate is secured under a phased acquisition agreement. The work now is to assemble the hundred Smallholder households whose signal prepayments and Build Plans fund the freehold. As each household joins, we move closer to Payment One — the moment the land becomes ours to work.
With the cohort assembled and Payment One complete, we take operational possession of the 100-acre estate. The working farm begins from the first season — pasture grazing, the market garden, food going out to members within months of the keys turning. The dwellings, barns, and infrastructure mean the estate is alive and productive on Day One, not after years of build-out.
The Build Plan continues. Payment Two clears at month 18, Payment Three at month 36, with the working farm maturing alongside. By month 60, the full £6M is paid, the freehold is held outright by the community, and Peppers stands as a permanent, multi-generational asset of the founding hundred.

Your £5,000 signal secures your place. We won't ask for the £45,000 balance until your 1,350 shares are formally issued in your name on the company register and recorded at Companies House. Your stake is held before your money is.
The signal prepayment isn't a fee. If the vision doesn't proceed within the build plan window, 100% of your contribution is returned as Farm Credit you can spend on food from My Little Farm.
We build in rhythm with our community. Capital is deployed against physical progress on the ground — roads, water, fencing, infrastructure. You see what your contribution has built, as it's built.
