Qigong Β· Movement at the Farm
Qigong in the open air.
A gentle, all-levels practice held entirely outdoors and deeply connected to nature β flowing movement to balance the body and calm the mind.
about the practice
An ancient practice, rooted in nature.
Qigong is an ancient Chinese wellbeing practice, based on observations of the natural world. Flowing movements are used to balance the body and calm the mind, helping cultivate life-force energy and longevity.
This practice invites the formless energy that flows through all life to move through us in a more balanced and structured way, allowing the body space to align and tune into its natural healing ability.
Qigong is an art of the heart. Through practice we can re-orientate our heart in beneficial ways β to honour the natural rhythm of life and align with what moves and guides us, whether you call it universal consciousness, divine energy, or give it no name.
