Smallholder Founding Membership

A garden, a home, a legacy.

The largest founding stake in a hundred-acre farm, a private garden of your own, and first claim on a home as the estate grows. Yours to shape, without a farm to buy or run.

The founding cohort is forming now, and those who join first take priority on a home, and first pick of their garden.

what Smallholder Founding Membership is

A home and a garden you grow into.

Almost everyone carries the same quiet dream: a place in the country that is truly theirs. Smallholder Founding Membership hands you that dream whole. The largest stake in a real working farm, a private garden planted to your taste, three hens of your own in the shared flock, and first claim on a home as the estate grows. All of it without the price of buying a farm, the work of running one, or leaving the life you've built.

A private garden in full season

your garden

Planted to your taste, tended while you're away.

The largest plot on the farm, shaped around what you love to grow and cared for by the team between your visits. You arrive to a garden in full season, not a list of jobs waiting.

Eggs warm from the nest

your hens

Three hens of your own, in the shared flock.

Part of the communal flock, but yours by name. Eggs warm from the nest when you come down, and looked after by the farm every day you're not there.

A home on the farm

your home, in time

First claim on a home, as the village emerges.

As the estate grows, homes on the land open to its founders, and Smallholders are first in line. The chance to live the good life on a farm you already co-own, when the moment is right for you.

The founding community together

your legacy

A stake you hand to those who come after.

The deepest founding stake, recorded in your name and held in trust so it can never be sold. A place that stays in the family, long after the rest of the noise has passed.

A home, a garden, a flock, and a legacy. The whole of the dream, without the price of a farm or the labour of running one.

what's yours

Everything the farm offers, and the piece of it that's yours alone.

Smallholder isn't a donation, it's co-ownership of a working farm that keeps giving back: real food on the table, Farm Tokens to spend each year, a standing discount, and the freedom to step back in any season you need to. It holds everything in every tier below it, and adds what only Smallholders have.

your stake

1,350m² of the farm, held in your name.

Roughly a third of an acre, the largest founding stake. Notional, not fenced off: a recorded share of the whole working farm. Here's how it holds, in plain English.

the share

A 1,350m² stake in the trust that owns the freehold, recorded in your name alongside the other founders. Not a corner you cordon off, but a share of all of it.

the land

The farm stays one farm, worked and shared in full. Your square metres are your portion of the whole hundred acres: the pasture, the woods, the gardens, the lake.

the inheritance

A recognised, recorded asset. It can be left in your will, transferred to family, or held in trust, passing to whomever you name. The stake stays in your bloodline, or wherever you direct it.

the founders' guarantee

Held in trust before it's asked of you.

a stake before your money

We won't ask for the balance until your stake is recorded in your name and the land is held, asset-locked, in the trust. Your place is secured before your money is.

zero-loss entry

If the vision doesn't proceed, 100% of your contribution returns as Farm Credit to spend on food. You're never out of pocket.

pace with progress

Capital is deployed against real progress on the ground. You see what your contribution has built, as it's built.
