Peppers Farm is the hundred-acre estate we're stepping in to secure as our next farm. We're quietly inviting a few people to spend an afternoon on the land, feel the place for themselves, and consider stepping in with us to hold it for generations to come.

This is a quiet afternoon, shared by invitation rather than publicly, for those who feel drawn to help secure Peppers and belong to what will grow here. Come and walk the land with us, and feel the place for yourself.
Expect quiet, considered time, the kind that lets a place speak.
The afternoon.
A few hours that move at the pace of a farm rather than the pace of a meeting.

What to expect.
The afternoon is shaped to give you space to absorb the place, rather than to be sold to.
The farmhouse and outbuildings
Six bedrooms, an indoor riding school, and the sixteen thousand square feet of working space the estate already holds.
A walk of the land
Pasture managed for thirty-five years without harm, an ancient deciduous wood, mature hedgerows, the orchard, and the lake.
The wider context
What we'll farm, where the gathering spaces will sit, what stays as working land and what becomes sanctuary.

About the vision, about Founding Membership, about what we know, and about what we're still figuring out.
Who it's for.
This afternoon is for those we've invited: people who feel called to step in and help secure Peppers, and to hold it, with us, for the generations who follow. Whether you're weighing a place as a Founding Member, or simply drawn to the land and wanting to understand it before you decide, you're welcome. There's no pressure to commit on the day. We'd rather you went home and slept on it.
What to bring.
Weather-appropriate clothes, with a layer for the wind off the Downs
Boots, sturdy enough for pasture and woodland
A refillable water bottle, we've got taps
Your questions, the bigger the better
We'll provide hot drinks, cake, and welcome drinks at the farmhouse. The walk takes us across the whole estate at a gentle pace.
Finding your way there.

- Where: Peppers Farm, Ashurst, West Sussex, BN44 3AX. Enter via the Yard & Hovel Entrance on Honeybridge Lane, open in maps
- Refreshments: hot drinks and cake provided from 3:30pm
- Parking: on site, you'll be directed on arrival
- Bring the family: children welcome, dogs on leads if you'd like
